BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) commercial report in Business and Finance Magazine

On the 19th December 2010 the Business and Fiance Magazine ran an article on Outsourcing and we were asked to contribute our views. The article mainly looks at how Printing,ie is a perfect example of a business that companies can use for BPO (Business Process Outsourcing).
