Make a bold statement with our range of advertising flags, designed to attract attention and drive foot traffic to your business, event, or exhibition. Advertising flags are a cost-effective way to promote your brand, whether you're guiding customers to your stand or adding movement to your outdoor displays. Portable, easy to set up, and highly visible, our flags are the perfect solution for both indoor and outdoor advertising.
Versatile and Customisable Flag Solutions
Advertising flags are an excellent choice for grabbing attention with their movement in the wind. Whether used at an outdoor event or to guide visitors to your exhibition stand, these flags are portable, budget-friendly, and highly effective in attracting passers-by. Made with high-quality materials, they ensure long-lasting performance and vibrant colours to represent your brand.
Durable and Customisable Flag Solutions
Our advertising flags are printed using high-quality sublimation or latex methods on durable fabrics that offer excellent colour retention. Perfect for both indoor and outdoor use, these flags are designed to withstand wind and other environmental conditions, ensuring your message is always on display.
High-Quality Fabric and Mast Options
Our flags are made from 115gsm polyester, a durable material designed for outdoor environments. The fabric allows for 95% bleed-through, meaning your graphics are visible on both sides with almost equal colour intensity, ensuring maximum visibility. The Economic Mast, made from lightweight aluminium and flexible fibreglass, enhances the flag's movement, catching attention from every angle. The flexible upper element of the mast allows the flag to take on various shapes, adding to its dynamic presentation. Each mast comes with a tensioning rope clip and a polyester bag, with the option to upgrade to a Premium bag for easier storage and transport.
Shapes and Bases
We offer a wide range of flag shapes and bases to suit your specific needs. If your flag will be displayed outdoors, consider whether it will be placed on grass or hard surfaces. For indoor use, a lighter base may be more suitable. You can explore and select the best option for your flag from our dedicated Bases page, ensuring you find the ideal base for any location.
All our flags are finished to the highest standard using durable fabrics, though some rippling may occur in zero-wind conditions due to the tensioning of the flagpole.
Key Features:
- High-quality 115gsm polyester fabric for durability and excellent colour bleed-through (95%)
- Mast made of lightweight aluminium and flexible fibreglass for enhanced movement and durability
- Multiple base options for both indoor and outdoor use
- Customisable flag shapes with a single pole for versatility
- Easy to wash in a standard machine
- Lightweight, portable, and easy to set up
Pro Tip: Choose the Right Base for Stability
When selecting a base for your advertising flag, think about where it will be displayed. A heavier base will offer better stability for outdoor flags exposed to wind, while a lighter base is more convenient for indoor events. This ensures your flag stays upright and visible, no matter where it's placed.

Important: Handling Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged in any way, it is essential that you note the damage with the courier’s documentation upon delivery. This helps ensure that any claims regarding the damage can be processed smoothly. Failure to do so may result in the courier disputing responsibility for the damage, making it harder to resolve the issue. Always inspect your package carefully and make sure any damage is clearly recorded at the time of delivery.
File Guidelines: To ensure your design is print-ready, please use our templates. You can either lay out your design directly on one of these files or use them as a reference to meet our specifications.
Before sending us your artwork, please note the following guidelines (and no, Word® files are not considered artwork!):
- Ensure your artwork is set at 75dpi if raster images
- PDF files are preferred
- Outline all fonts
- Submit all files in CMYK colour mode
- Minimum 10% tints
- Do not try to colour match vector colours to rasterised colours. The rip treats these differently, and there will be a visible difference in the final print.
- No layered .psd files, transparency effects or vector gradients
- No template guides to be on the final PDF; if they are on your final PDF, they will print!
- Respect the quiet zones. Fabric stretches and shrinks (different amounts in different directions) during the production process so there is less accuracy compared to printing on paper. The templates may appear unusually large or proportioned. This is to allow for the stretch/shrinkage of the material. For best results, keep all important elements well within the quiet zone areas and do not try to match up designs so they align front to back or across multiple stitched sections (They will not align when stitched together).
- It's not a leaflet. Big, bold designs are the most effective.
- Text should be as large as possible to ensure it is readable from a distance. For 'small print' you should not go below 24pt for dark text on a light background, and 48pt for reversed-out text.
