Shipping policy

1. Delivery Services

We ship orders exclusively within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order, as we cannot redirect parcels once dispatched.

2. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that all delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. External factors, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions, may impact delivery schedules.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be applied automatically if your order qualifies.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund. To process this, you must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery. 

  • Provide proof of purchase, along with clear photographs of the damage or fault.

  • Ensure that any damage is noted with the courier’s documentation upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, it is essential to inspect it carefully and record any damage with the courier at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the courier disputing responsibility for the damage, making it harder to resolve the issue.

Once we receive your notification and supporting evidence, we will assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund.

6. Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from the courier, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

7. International Delivery

We do not currently offer international delivery. Our shipping services are limited to addresses within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

8. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or a missing parcel, please contact our customer service team at sales@printing.ie or 0646676100 as soon as possible. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
