You are welcome to send us your artwork; just make sure it meets our specification guidelines. You can also download the relevant template from the 'Templates' tab on the specific product page you’ve purchased.
Please note, we cannot take responsibility for any spelling errors in the submitted artwork, so be sure to double-check your design before sending it to us. If you need a printed product faster than the lead time shown on our website, please call us on 0818 44 55 66. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and expedite the manufacturing and delivery process.
We do not offer Saturday or bank holiday deliveries. All standard orders are delivered Monday to Friday. If you have any specific delivery requirements, feel free to contact our sales team on 0818 44 55 66 for further assistance.
Yes, a signature is required upon delivery, as we use couriers for our shipments. If no one is available to sign, but you would like the package left in a safe place, you can leave a signed note on your door with the location, date, and your printed name. The courier will accept this as proof of delivery. Please note, if you choose this option, leaving the goods in a safe place is at your own risk.
When your order is delivered, please inspect the goods for any visible signs of damage. If you notice any damage to the external packaging, be sure to sign for the goods as "damaged" on the courier’s handheld system.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us on 0818 44 55 66, and we will be happy to assist you. We may request that you email us photos of the damage so we can investigate the issue with our couriers.

Once your artwork has been approved, it immediately goes into production, and no further changes can be made. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with the final design before giving your approval.
No, all prices displayed on our website exclude VAT. VAT will be charged at the relevant rate according to the Republic of Ireland’s tax system and will be added at checkout.
If your package appears intact but you discover damage after opening it, please let us know immediately, as we may be able to file a claim with our carrier. If the package is visibly damaged when it arrives, be sure to sign for it as 'damaged.'
If damage has occurred and you didn’t sign for it as damaged, you must inform us on the day of delivery, or the following morning if delivered late in the afternoon. This must be within 24 hours of receipt, as we cannot accept claims beyond this timeframe. We will need clear photos of the packaging and its contents, showing the damage in detail, to proceed with your claim.
Please double-check your artwork and order details carefully before submitting your order. Once the artwork has been submitted, we immediately begin processing, and no changes can be made.
We also cannot be held responsible for any mistakes in artwork that has been supplied to us, so it’s important to review everything thoroughly before approval.
Once your order is completed and checked out, we begin processing it right away. As each product is custom-made specifically for you, it’s not possible to cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details are correct before finalising your purchase.

Once you place your order and complete the payment, one of our designers will contact you to discuss your design in detail. We’ll work with you to ensure the design aligns with your vision. We will produce one design based on your brief, and you’ll have the opportunity to request up to two revisions to refine the final result. Once you’re completely happy with the design and have approved it, we’ll move forward with printing.
To create the best possible design, we ask for high-quality versions of your logo or any images you'd like included. If the files are too large to email, you can send them via WeTransfer or Dropbox. Please allow 2 working days for your artwork to be completed, in addition to the usual printing and delivery time. If the brief changes during the design process, additional charges may apply, which will be communicated before proceeding. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions for any artwork supplied to us. If you need stock images, we can source them for an additional €5 plus vat per image, invoiced upon artwork sign-off.
